Support activities for crop production
The institution is a non-profit organization that operates as a cooperative where farmers pool their resources in certain areas of activity. The cooperative was established in the year 1989 and has its registered office in Teruel, Spain. The cooperative is organized into two departments: supply cooperative and marketing cooperative. The supply cooperative department supplies their members with inputs for agricultural production which include seeds, fertilizers, fuel, and machinery services. The marketing cooperative department is established to undertake transformation, packaging, distribution, and marketing of farm products (both crop and livestock). The farmers widely rely on the cooperative, which serves as a source of financing for both working capital and investments.
